Return Policy for Suits and Kurtis
Return Eligibility
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Custom-made items and Final Sale items are not returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at helpmesuitsandkurtis@gmail.com
To help us process your return quickly and efficiently, we encourage you to make a video while opening the package and inspecting the product. This video can serve as evidence in case of any issues. If a video is not possible, clear pictures showing the defect or damage are also acceptable. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Starting a Return
To start a return, contact us at helpmesuitsandkurtis@gmail.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping for Returns
For defective or damaged items, we will cover the shipping costs.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the case of defective or damaged items. We reserve the right to reject any return requests that do not comply with our policy or for items received with missing tags and other components.
